1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jet2 platform (jet2.cam). By accessing the platform or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

Key terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:

• "Platform" — the jet2.cam website and all its services, games and sections.
• "User" or "You" — any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" — a user's personal registered profile.
• "Wallet" — a user's virtual money balance on the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

• Each person may create only one account.
• You will not create an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
• You are fully capable of complying with these Terms.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your credentials with anyone else. Keep your password strong and change it regularly.

3.2 Single Account Ownership

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, jet2 may request proof of identity or address at any time. Verification may be required before a withdrawal request or for large transactions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits at jet2 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. A verified payment method must be used for withdrawals.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used on the account.
• Where applicable, withdrawals may be put on hold if account verification has not been completed.
• jet2 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Payment Methods

Currently supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. jet2 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can enjoy a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (bonus + deposit).

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a specific validity period — it will be cancelled automatically once the period expires.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Some games may be fully or partially excluded from bonus wagering.
• jet2 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The jet2 VIP program has five tiers. It is possible to move to a higher tier based on regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

The detailed criteria for determining VIP tier are managed by jet2 and are subject to change.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

jet2 ensures fair and impartial results in all games. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). All games on jet2 are operated by internationally recognised game providers.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market. These limits are displayed in the game lobby or at the time of placing a bet.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or network problem, jet2 will make a decision in accordance with the applicable policy. In such cases, jet2's decision will be considered final.

6.4 Sports Betting

Specific market-dependent rules apply when placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports. If a match is abandoned, postponed or altered, bet settlement will follow jet2's sports rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jet2 platform:

• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Bonus abuse or gaining an unfair advantage through manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems.
• Fraudulent or misleading conduct towards other users.
• Using the platform under a false identity.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

jet2 makes every effort to ensure round-the-clock availability of the platform under reasonable circumstances, however temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical upgrades or other reasons.

8.2 Liability for Loss

jet2 will not be liable for any financial loss caused by technical issues, disruption of third-party services or user negligence.

8.3 Third-Party Services

jet2 does not have full control over the quality and availability of payment gateways, game providers or other third-party services. jet2 bears limited responsibility for issues related to these.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jet2 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other materials — is the intellectual property of jet2 and is protected by copyright law.

Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Republishing, distributing or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

10 Privacy

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by User

jet2 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.

11.3 Self-Exclusion
